Exchange / Refund Policy...


We offer a 14-day Exchange / Refund Policy on our products! 

This 14-day policy takes effect once your order has arrived at the address provided with the order. This is specified within the tracking information as "Delivered".


The policy states the following criteria to qualify for an exchange / refund:

- The product(s) ordered did not meet expectations

- The product was defective or inoperable on arrival

For an Exchange, the product(s) being exchanged must be equal or lesser value to the original order product cost(s). If an exchange is lesser in value to the original order cost(s), a refund for the difference will be issued back to the original financial institution associated with the order within 30 days or less from the exchange transaction. If the exchange cost(s) are higher than the original product(s), the customer will be sent a payable invoice for the difference is cost, in which the exchange process will halted until the invoice is considered to be in paid status. The customer also agrees to pay for return shipping back to 

For a Refund, the customer agrees to pay a 30% restocking fee from the total amount of the original order. This restocking fee is non-negotiable. The customer also agrees to pay for return shipping back to

To initiate the Exchange / Refund process, you must contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA)
